Having a hard time finding the right credit card for you? The first thing you should understand is your credit rating. With good credit, you should apply for reward credit cards that give rewards that are suited to you, or suit your spending habits.

The credit card companies want you to choose their cards, and then curb your spending habits to fit the rewards package. You have lots of choices, so you don't need to do that.

Hate the idea of your teenager carring cash to school, even when you give it to them to buy something for you? You can give them a credit card instead.

But I'm not sure if my teen can handle a credit card! Well you do have a number of choices. First you could co-sign for a student credit card. It would have a very low credit limit, no perks like cash back or air miles, but also has no annual fee. Then you could monitor their spending, and the low credit limit (you could ask for $100 limit), you know they can't get into too much trouble.
